DELIVERY SERVICES

Our delivery service is limited to some regions in Nigeria for now due to some regulations we need to put in place before it can be all over Nigeria. So if your address is not included in the delivery region you can call for inquiries or contact the customer support for personal delivery.

Order processing and delivery times

A small order can often take about 2 to 4 business days before delivery while bulk orders can be delivered in about 10 business days.

After you check out your order, you will be notified through your mail when you will receive you order.

Personal pickup is also available, meaning you can schedule the time and date you're coming to pick up your order.

Payments Option

We have different options for payments such as:

Pay on delivery

This method is only available for people living within Akure. You either pay with cash or transfer depending on what we require of you.

Commitment/upfront

It means half or quarter payments before delivery.

This method is available for those who would like to make payments on delivery but are not living in Akure, they are to make half or quarter payments before delivery to the specified payment page/link on the checkout payment option before their goods can be shipped. Full payment can then be made on delivery before handing over their orders to them. The reason for collecting commitment is to be sure the customer will be available to pick up their orders when it arrives at the given location.

Paystack/Online payment

Paystack is a reliable payment gateway that offers you a stress-free online payment and also cashback if your order is not delivered after the payment has been made within the stated period of time. Supported Delivery Zones

Currently, orders can be delivered to any location within these regions:

Ondo State, Rivers State, Kwara State, Edo State, Delta State, Oyo State, Ekiti State, FCT, Lagos State, Osun State and others as will be updated in the delivery Options. If your address is not available in the list, kindly use the nearest address to your location or contact customer support for personal delivery.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs varies depending on your location and it's calculated based on your distance, quantity, and delivery time. However, discounts are available for bulk orders.
